TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS GLOBAL LUCKY DRAW CONTEST:

1. This contest is open for any person of legal age worldwide.

2. Contest period starts from October 4, 2009 and will end when the FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) subscription program reaches 10 million active subscribers. Date of the Grand Draw is exactly 60 days after the FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) subscription program reaches the required 10 million active subscribers.

3. Each person upon successful registration of the FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) subscription program will get one (1) Global Lucky Draw Contest virtual ticket (e-ticket) to join this contest.

4. No multiple registrations from the same person are allowed. Each person is allowed to register once only in the FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) subscription program.

5. No person can win more than one (1) prize. Should a person win more than once in our Global Lucky Draw Contest, he /she will receive only one (1) prize with the highest value.

6. This Global Lucky Draw Contest is free of charge. No buying and no selling of any merchandise is required to participate in this Global Lucky Draw Contest. The registration of the FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) subscription program is also free of charge.

7. A person is considered an active subscriber of FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) if he/she not only registered in the subscription program, but also participate (i.e. giving comments) in the online forum (blog) of FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com).

8. All prizes in this Global Lucky Draw Contest are derived from the major portion of the gross income of this FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) website. Gross income of FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) could be from online advertisement, donation and sponsorship of various companies or corporations worldwide.

9. Grand prize of One Million US Dollars (US$1,000,000) will be paid out as an annuity of US$40,000 per year for 25 years or can also be paid out as a one time lump sum depending on the amount of the gross income of FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) available for the prizes.

10. The second prize of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand US Dollars (US$250,000) will be paid out as an annuity of US$10,000 per year for 25 years or can also be paid out as a one time lump sum depending on the amount of the gross income of FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) available for the prizes.

11. The third prize of One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand US Dollars (US$125,000) will be paid out as an annuity of US$5,000 per year for 25 years or can also be paid out as a one time lump sum depending on the amount of the gross income of FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) available for the prizes.

12. Other cash prizes will be paid out as a one time lump sum.

13. This Global Lucky Draw Contest may be null and void in some countries. Void where prohibited.

14. No other prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prizes is allowed including transfer made by reason of law or upon death of the prize winner.

15. Taxes and other required government fees for the cash prizes are the responsibility of the winners in the country where they are resident or citizen.

16. Principals and employees of FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of each are not eligible to join this Global Lucky Draw Contest (Note: Immediate family consists of husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother and children).

17. Subscribers of FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Global Lucky Draw Contest which are final on all matters pertaining to FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com). If you do not agree to these rules and terms of use, please do not use our website.

18. FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these rules and terms of use at any time. 19. FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) management will automatically send the FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) active subscriber a winner’s notification package by email with instructions on how to claim their winning. The instructions will require all winners to sign and notarize an Affidavit Of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return it to FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) management within seven (7) days following the date of the attempted email notification. Winners must provide picture proof of identification to claim the prize, which may include a driver’s license, passport, a voting card or similar government issued photo identification. Other winners except consolation prizes winners will follow the same procedures and instructions to claim their winnings.

20. FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) email is the sole notification of any prize winnings. The receipt of emails from FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) management is required for your participation in and to claim prizes in the FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) Global Lucky Draw Contest. Subscribers must check their email to determine if they are a prize winner and then must follow the prize claim instructions within the email to claim their prize. Failure to claim the prize within 30 days of win date shall result in forfeiture. Any prize unclaimed for 30 days of win date shall be deemed null and void and shall be forfeited.

21. Return of any FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) email or Prize Claim email instructions as undeliverable email may result in disqualification. Any prize winnings which remain unclaimed for 30 days, including uncashed checks, shall be deemed forfeited.

22. Winners further grant to FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) and its sponsors or donors the right, but not the obligation, to use and publish their proper name and home address online and in print, or any other media, in connection with FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com). Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) and its sponsors or donors, and their advertising and promotional agancies to use winner’s name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

By entering the Global Lucky Draw Contest, FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) subscribers and participants release and hold harmless FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) and sponsors or donors, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Global Lucky Draw Contest or any prize won. Other restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.

Return of any FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) email or Prize Claim email instructions as undeliverable email which includes, but is not limited to, blocking of FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) emails to subscriber’s email address by subscriber’s email service provider (ESP), failure of ESP to deliver email from FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com), incorrect email address, and unrecognizable domain, may result in disqualification.

25. By entering FREE FROM TEARS (www.freefromtears.com) you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
